A dynamic and results - driven hospitality leader with over 11 years of experience in international and domestic hotel operations, specializing in Front Office leadership, revenue optimization, and high-volume operational management. From 2014 to 2020, I worked in a multicultural environment across Asia within the cruise industry, delivering exceptional service to thousands of international guests while strengthening expertise in guest experience excellence, operational standards, and cross-cultural team leadership. In 2020, I returned to Vietnam to contribute to a 4-star pre-opening project, playing a key role in operational setup, recruitment strategy, training framework development, and service standard implementation. Since 2021, I have been with Vingroup, leading Front Office operations across diverse property models and destinations - from a luxury villa property in Da Nang, to a distinctive island–coastal building model in Ha Long, and currently a large-scale integrated resort in Phu Quoc with 937 room keys. In 2025, the property achieved an average occupancy rate of 73%, peaking at 99% during high-demand periods. Managing such scale requires strong operational control, strategic manpower planning, and agile revenue optimization. I consistently drive upselling growth, build succession pipelines, and sustain high guest satisfaction performance while overseeing complex, high-occupancy environments.
