Join Hoiana Integrated casino resort as F&B Pre-opening team in year 1. Manage the daily 2 Food & Beverage outlet operation. 2. Leading F&B events team, event set up & work with marketing team and Junket operator for private event organize. 3. Currently planning the upcoming 3 outlet opening schedule. 4. Set up SOP for the F&B operation & implements the standard base on operation need. 5. Work with Finance department for F&B cashiering policies & SOP. 6. Work with Marketing team for collateral design, F&B promotion plan & rewards system redemption in F&B. 7. Implementing the paperwork & filling data record especially for promotion result. 8. Work with culinary team & beverage team for the menu planning, costing & menu engineering. 9. Planning pre -opening critical path schedule align with opening date & load in process for OS&E. 10. Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standard and procedures by training, supervising, follow up and hands-on management. 11. Forecast for budget & monthly P&L. 12. Handling team member disciplinary, coaching & counseling 13. Minimize additional cost incurred for beverage and labor cost. 14. Monitor closely daily stock requisition.
