- In charge of hotel renovation during the closing period due to COVID 19 - Drove the Engineering Team to fix all defects that frequently happened when the resort operates. - Re-opened Vinpearl Resort & Golf Phu Quoc on May 31 and operated high Occupancy (100% Villa & 50% hotel) - Revised the budget of 2020 for half-year after COVID 19 (Onsite revenue, CAPEX, OPEX, GOP) - Worked with the Sales Department to establish an ef icient sales strategy, especially during the tough periods as COVID 19, we had to focus on the domestic market with budgeted expense. - Focused on the Training Plan & Execution to ensure all staf reached the target of training in terms of quantity and quality. - Built the successor team for all departments who will be promoted in the next 6 months to 1 year depends on their potential, behaviour and capability (Vinpearl Future Leaders). - Be responsible for the hotel P&L

- Be in charge of building the new brand of Hospitality for APEC GROUP which is Mandala Hospitality Group. MHG aims to expand its business by managing from 5 Mandala Hotels in 2021 to 10 Mandala Hotels with more than 5,000 rooms in 2022. - Set up the pre-opening phase for Mandala Suite Bac Giang (155 rooms) & Mandala Phu Yen (1,000 rooms). - Review all the CAPEX and FF&E of all upcoming projects of APEC such as Mandala Phu Yen (1,000 rooms), Mandala Mui Ne (3,000 rooms), Mandala Kim Boi Hoa Binh (137 rooms & 40 Villas). - Standardize all SOP related to Operation & Human Resource for the GROUP. - Develop the F&B concept for the GROUP. - Be the leader of the deployment of PMS which is built by an in-house IT team. - Focus on the business of Mandala Bac Ninh (144 rooms) which is affected by COVID 19. The main segment is only quarantined guests who are experts in industrial Park (Quang Chau, Van Chau, Dinh Tram). - Complete the business plan for Mandala Suites Bac Giang (155 rooms) during the pre-opening phase. - Develop talents by coaching the new OM and the potential OM for 2 hotels. - Develop the brand guidelines for the Mandala Hospitality Group.
