Gran Melia Nha Trang  Review and confirm OS&E purchase proposal from Operator in Pre-Opening phase.  Control budget and expense during Hotel Pre-opening phase.  Review all contents related to Marketing of Hotel.  Initiate and control all agendas, activities of Gran Melia Nha Trang Grand Opening Ceremony. Melia Nha Trang  Coordinating between Consultants and Operator for design information distribution of each design phase.  Taking part in process of V/E and reducing costs for project.  Review and provide hospitality opinions regarding sales & rental pool contracts of condotel.
