Over 22 years MEP engineering experience working for the foreign companies on both of mechanical and electrical in the positions of Contractor / Owner / International Hotel Operator professionally. All my majors are the MEP works in the projects of high rise building, hotel, resort and factory; Including of electrical system : Power& Lighting system, Telephone& Data system, Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, MATV, Security system, BMS and Mechanical system : MVAC system, Plumbing& Sanitary system, Swimming Pool, Fire Protection system. Outstanding skill: When I am working as the representative of the Owner side, my role is involvement of the following project management’s scope: a. Taking part in the project management team for the conceptual designing state, checking the discrepancies of the design drawings, checking whether it is compliance with TCVN for some particular design conditions, comments on the ideals of the M&E designer’s submission on behalf of the Owner. b. Workingwith the contractors in negotiating costs / prices with suppliers/ processing& evaluation the tender. Double-checking the progress claim submitted by the contractors. c. Project execution to ensure that the project is to meet the quality standards, completion deadlines, and budget. d. Site supervision: checking the M&E installation on site in conjunction with specification and drawing, co-ordination with the designer/consultant on the approval of sub contractors’ submission about shop drawing and equipments/materials. e. Testing &commissioning – Handing over for the project completion. f. Monitoring project execution and report to Project Director and Board of Management. g. Chief Engineer for the property which was being launched out into the pre-opening stage, then to the soft opening as well as property operation. *********************************************************************** When I am working for the Singaporean M&E Contractor, my Project Manager role is involvement of the following M&E scope: 1. All majors are the M&E work in the projects of high rise building, hotel, resort and factory; Including of electrical system : Power&Lighting system, Telephone&Data system, Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, MATV, Security system, BMS and Mechanical system : MVAC system, Plumbing&Sanitary system, Swimming Pool, Fire Protection system. 2. Preparing the 2nd BOQ to identify the project’s profit as the financial plan. 3. Preparing the Shop drawing submission plan as well as its impletion. 4. Preparing the equipment/materials submission plan as well as its impletion. 5. Evaluate the sub-contractors’ tender as well as supervision/monitoring their impletion. 6. Execution/supervision the whole M&E installation work on site. 7. Preparing the monthly progress claim. 8. Attending the project meeting as the PM on behalf of the contractor. 9. Carrying out the testing& commissioning for the project completion.

Taking over the role of Director of Engineering / Chief Engineer in the international hospitality chain or MEP Project Manager in the real estate project development. As 22 years Mechanical & Electrical experience working for the international hospitality hotel chains and foreign companies as well as obtaining the master’s degree of electrical engineering from the HCMC Polytechnics University of Technology, I am confident to take over the role of Chief Engineer / Director of Engineering in the projects of high-rise building' hotel, resort, big shopping mall, not only in the technical field but also on the project management. Addition, I have the strong background experience in the hotel pre-opening, Vietnam.
