Restaurant Supervisor main responsibilities: - Incharge of whole running business in shift - Solving complain happens - Making relationships with our guests - up sales - Making staff's roster and assignment - Training and evaluting new staffs on board - Being to control goods in and out for bar and kitchen stocks - Guiding staffs to count inventory every month and making sure the loss can be accepted. - Working with kitchen department to solve customer's feedback - Working with CS department to receive bookings and events - Working with back office department as Accountant, Marketing, HR,... to get all jobs done Area Delivery Supervisor main responsibilities: ( New position during Covid 19 lockdown ) - Incharge of opening new store in HCM and Binh Duong - Incharge of 4 delivery stores, solving problems and reporting to HOD - Developing sales up everyday, working with sales team and marketing to ask for ads,... - Controlling delivery partners in sensitive situations to make sure all products can be delivered on time to our customers - Checking QC every store to find out what is missing or need improving ( about ingredients, cleanliness, uniforms, cash and safe,... )
