Managing all the operations of 14 outlets including 3 restaurants/ bars, 7 meeting rooms, 3 event/ ballrooms, 2 IRD & Executive Lounges, along with Dunarea Catering. • Full accountability of all pre-opening, organizing, planning, staffing, structuring, marketing, executing, logistics & profitability of the largest F&B project in the area. • Directing and controlling the activities of the various departments of the F&B Department to ensure the application of the hotel’s quality standards, policies and procedures. • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures and On Job Training Programs are in place and delivered across the operations to build capability and meet brand and service standards.
