Since I have been graduated with Bachelor degree (3 years) in Business English from the Marketing University in Hochiminh city, Vietnam, and now I am GSM at Holiday Beach Danang Hotel and Resort. Working and made the opening in the hotel enabled me to experience different aspects of hotel daily operations and management, as I was a leading a team through Front Office Department, but also dealing with our value customers enquiries to meet and exceed our clients expectation. Handling internal issue and guest complains greatly improved my communication platform and problem solving skills, and bring Holiday Beach Danang ****, ranked 1 of top hotels on Tripadvisor from the opening. Fluent in English, detail oriented and service focused with relevant experiences in the tourism and hospitality industry. I am a mature, hard-working and self motivated person that learned how to work under pressure and meet short deadline due to my previous experience.
