Iʼm very comunicative and skillful manager. My experience with opening, running and managing my own bar at age very young age and leading team of employees was proven during Covid, which I withstood without any further economical loses. I decided to prove to myself that I am able to succeed in foreign countries, which brought me to Vietnam, where I used to be working as the manager of clinic and spa in HCM City. I am currently working as the Resident Manager in Bhaya Company, which specializes in overnight cruises on the sea in Ha Long Bay with eleven boats, 121 cabins and over two hundred employees. I am hard-working, emphatic person whoʼs capable to understand urges of my co-workers and subordinates, as well as doing hard and unpopular decisions. As the manager, I always prefere to be in field and participate on daily agenda. Due to my current position, I am in charge of all sections of hospitality from F&B, Housekeeping, to the Maintenance. I believe every structure needs solid foundations and these are recognizable only from inside, so I am always trying to be the person executing daily routines and understanding every-day work.
