September 2019 – October 2023: Bar Supervisor - A member of Pre- opening team - Mainly in-charge bar operation of outlet as head bar - Assist Outlet Manager to run day-to-day operation of outlet as a Restaurant Supervisor - New ideas about creating beverage’s recipes are given to Beverage Manager - Support other supervisors and F&B staff at peak times to undertake operational duties - Supervise the service delivery performance process, handle properly any accidents happened in work - Responsible for beverage quality of outlet - Order and control beverage stocks - Supervise bar member, monitor performance and ensure that all bartender at all time provide high quality guest service - Maintain equipment and amenity in good condition in order to deliver high standard of service quality - Supervise and manage safe cash handling techniques: collect payments, process sales record and mainly in-charge of cashiering training for staff in the department - Make training for bar & service team: on job training and monthly training - Clean and tidy assigned areas during operation hours and make sure bar operation comply with all standard of Health and Safe ➢ October 2023 – Present: F&B Supervisor - Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. - Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. - Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness. - Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. - Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. - Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. - Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
