I started my career at Melia Vinpearl Haiphong Rivera Hotel, under the systematic and professional training of Vinpearl company - biggest travel, resort, and entertainment brand in Vietnam belonging to Vingroup corporation, plus with the warm style and liberal spirit of Melia - the largest hotel brand in Spain, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in this field. With my eagerness to learn and the mindset of a service industry employee, I quickly rose to the position of Front Office Supervisor at Melia Vinpearl - the youngest supervisor in the hotel at that time.
