Key Responsibilities: Operations Management & Leadership (Managing 2 outlets): Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Strategic Marketing & Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and partnerships. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Manage all legal documentation related to licenses and permits. Represent the company in resolving, communicating, and collaborating with fire safety, food safety, hygiene authorities, and other regulatory agencies. Additional Expertise: Expertise in Tax Invoices and Documentation, Revenue Reporting, and Basic P&L Financial Reports. Experience collaborating with agencies and major hotels on various projects and partnerships Experience in catering and home event services.
