Rebranded from Bowl n Dough, the sunset featured an out-all customer oriented dining experience. The menu was developed both in expanding & diving deep-wise to match with any customer's need to find a safe coven to "dine" without "worries" , hence brought forwards our brand's only and foremost direction: "eat n chill" . The venue was fully renovated to fit 14 guests at most, semi-casually furnished and equipped with many modern tools and partying-equipment to suit a variety of demands. This also state our main focus was to target B2B cooperates or private buy-out exclusive’s parties. Job Description: • Project Management (beginning phase) Legal Liability: reciprocal work with 3rd party service provider to work on start-up business paperwork with government, registration of business categories, validation of Fire-fighting safety equipment & regulation notes, etc… Working & staying in touch with landlords regarding tenant leasing matters. Facilities management: designing & setting up the eatery’s billboards and ads signs, searching signing & managing contract with CCTV & internet services providers, handling contracting & payment of garbage disposal services as well as align with the neighboring wastes & recycles regulations. Overall outlet Strategy development reinforcement & implementation: including promotions, campaigns, contracting with e-commerce platform (GrabFood & GoFood were used) • Vendor sourcing, selections & management: pricing coherent & risk management, on-site food/ingredient quality check, delivery schedules management • Recipes and menu & services development: developing themed/seasonal/occasional menu & menus that are specially required by VIP bookings including valentines, christmas/holiday seasons set menus, setting up BBQ/hotpot stations upon demand • Staffing: payroll & roster management & coordination: 1 commis chef, 1 F&B attendant (contracted) , 1 services coordinator (casual labor). • Marketing plannings (co-work with 1 marketing specialist & 1 digital specialist) • Daily Operation management: Food & Beverage Services SOP training to staffs and overseeing the eatery’s smooth running Upselling upcoming events/campaigns to interested guests Introducing and pairing wines & champagnes to guests to perfect their dining experiences Inventory checking during opening & ending shifts Kitchen hygiene management Directly jumping in daily operation if necessary Checking food’s proper plating/decoration & quality before handling out to guests.
