Firstly, the lack of highly qualified people who fit the labor market´s skill demands; second, the trend of sustainable development and digital transformation is also being used in the supply chain to boost operational efficiency. I have given myself the capacity to study the market in general and business in particular to come up with the best alternative options. Furthermore, the capacity to swiftly adapt to and understand events and trends is crucial for firms to catch up with market trends and demands quickly.
