During my three years at university, I gained diverse experience in education, customer service, sales, and youth exchange activities. I worked as a Demo/Test English Teacher at Alokiddy, developing strong consultation and communication skills with parents and students, and achieving a 50% conversion rate (35/71 demo cases). In the sales department at Ecorp English, I enhanced my persuasion abilities with a 40% deal-closing rate. In the Vietnam–Japan Youth Exchange 2024 program, I took on HR management support responsibilities, overseeing a team of 40 members, coordinating activities, resolving issues, and contributing to 100% participant satisfaction. My role as a service staff member at Unatoto Restaurant further strengthened my problem-solving ability and my communication skills when working with international customers.
