Taking the role of Director of Engineering in the pre-opening stage to grand opening for 5 star Movenpick Resort Cam Ranh, Vietnam. • Co-ordinate with the Owner’s PMU& ID consultant, MEP consultant for reviewing all the engineering issues that is to comply with Movenpick Brand Standard and able-working. • Interview the in-house engineering team in the pre-opening stage till opening hotel. • Implementation activities against on the critical path for pre-opening stage. • Implementation the hand over/take over, training and testing & commissioning between the Owner/Contractor and Movenpick (Hotel Operator). • Set up / monitoring the implementation of preventative maintenance program for the property.

Taking the role of Director of Engineering in IHG Hotel Nha Trang. • Lead the in-house engineering team in the pre-opening stage till opening hotel. • Implementation activities against on the critical path for pre-opening stage. • Implementation the hand over/take over, training and testing & commissioning between the Owner/Contractor and IHG (Hotel Operator). • Set up the in-house engineering team to operate all technical systems when the property is being launched into operation. • Follow up the review/consolidation of Fire Life Safety systems in the property to comply with IHG Brand Safety Standards. Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety. • Set up / monitoring the implementation of preventative maintenance program for the property. • Energy management in accordance with “Green Engage” management system of IHG Brand Standards. • Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Engineering Department’s budget. • Ensure a technically competent engineering staff by selecting, training and developing a motivated, well-qualified maintenance team. Carry out regular work sampling studies within the department and evaluate the performance and productivity of personnel. • Maintain the condition of physical assets of the property by carrying out any upgrading and project work in liaison with architects, interior designers and management. 3- October 2010 – July 2013 – working for Swiss-Belhotel International who is the hotel management/operator. • Taking over the role of “Regional Director of Engineering in Vietnam”. • The representative of the Hotel Operator as the Technical Specialist in the designing project meeting, testing & commissioning and property management. • Chief Engineer for the new properties which were being launched out into the pre-opening stage, then to the soft opening as well as property operation. • Manage the technical maintenance programme for the operated properties as the role of “Regional Director of Technical Services” of the Hotel Operator. 4 - October 2008 – October 2010 – working for HONGMA CONSTRUCTION J.S.C - the Owner of SMS TOWER PROJECT at Quang Trung Software City – Taking over the role of Senior M&E Project Engineer as the representative of the Owner in M&E work, co-ordination with Designer/consultancy of M&E, Structure, Architecture in M&E concept design, Detail design development, Tender stage, Site Supervision and Project Management. 6- August 2006 – October 2008 – Working for Times Square Joint Stock Company belong to Larkhall Holding Group-HongKong-The developer of TIMES SQUARE PROECT – Taking over the role of M&E Project Engineer as the representative of the Owner in M&E work, co-ordination with Designer/consultancy of M&E, Structure, Architecture in M&E concept design, Detail design development, Tender stage, Site Supervision and Project Management. 5- 1996-2006: HTE ENGINEERING CO.,Ltd – Singaporean M&E Contractor (Project Engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager) Project done: <1> DBS Residence Project at 8A Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, district 3, HCMC-Project Engineer. Plumbing&Sanitary system, Air con & MVAC system, Fire Protection system, Swimming Pool. <2> Tender work: M&E tender work – Research drawings, Specification, Estimate materials, build the Bill of Quantity, make the quotation, Work with the owner and consultant for comments. <3> Sai Gon Knitwear Factory at Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP)-Project Engineer- The person is full in charge of M&E system(Plumbing&Sanitary system, Air con & MVAC system, Fire services system, Swimming Pool and Power system, Lighting system, Tel&Data system, Lightning & Earthing system). . <4>Anamandara Resort in Nha Trang city- Middle of Viet Nam - Project Engineer - The person is full in charge of M&E system. <5> Phu My Hung Office Building (Laurence Sting Office Building) at Sai Gon South New City –The person is full in charge of M&E system as Project Manager. <6> Allied Technologies Factory at Sai Gon High Tech Park - Full in Charge of M&E work as Project Manager. <7> HTE House Of Signs Factory & Office at Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) - The person is full in charge of M&E system as Project Manager; Representative of the Owner. 5- 1995-1996: JET ENGINEERING CO.,Ltd – Taiwanese M&E Contractor.
