Novotel – In early 2022, the hotel was appointed as a designated medical facility during COVID-19, with an investment of US$500,000. This initiative safeguarded job security while achieving the highest gross operating profit (GOP) among Accor properties in Greater China. Additionally, led renovation planning and managed investment costs to optimise operational efficiency.
