Finance Key Responsibilities: General Ledger Accounting:  Manage the accounting operations including general ledger accounting and in charge full sets of account AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Forecast Budget, Bank/cash reconciliation and consolidation  Ensure all accounts of balance sheet, P/L reconciliations are in place and review monthly journal entries  Manage month end/ year end closing process and ensure timely and accurate reporting to local and regional management team  Ensure adequate internal controls are enforced at all times, compliance of financial records with corporate requirements and local statutory requirements  Review, approve and process of all types of management company transaction including billing and payroll, bank transactions  Review pricing strategies and discount scheme to ensure business targets are being met profitably  Corporate with business development department and marketing department to develop long-term business plans  Responsible for tax compliance. Provide advice to management on taxation issue and how to minimize the taxation issue and risk exposure  Liaise with vendors or suppliers on payment duties, bank issue, with local tax authorities and all taxes matter included tax finalizations, with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections and audits  Coaching, mentoring team members, building the team engagement  Update, learn and gain knowledge of accounting & tax information Financial Reporting:  Ensure that all financial reporting requirements (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) are provided containing all relevant and required information, are accurate and are produced on time  Prepare financial operation report including budgeting, forecasting income and expense, financial planning  Review, revise and develop new reporting frameworks and system implementation as required  Ensure that reports are produced for management as required including any required analysis  Prepare information and documentation for auditing purposes and banking procedures Tax and Statutory Financial statement:  Manage that all Tax and Statutory Financial reports are provided for all relevant and required information appropriately and timely in compliance with existing laws and regulations: VAT, PIT, CIT, Business license fee, FCT  Liaise with local tax authorities and all taxes matter included tax finalizations  Liaise with external auditors during inspections and audit process with all stakeholder Office and HR Key Responsibilities:  Review and manage labor contracts, internal regulations, trade union and other documents related to HR to ensure compliance with labor laws  In charge of payroll including working timesheets, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax  Keep the employees database updated, track and record labor contract, contract termination  Advise Managing Director on employee relations, terminations, and other HR legal matters  Supervise the Registering personal tax code for new staff and dependent information when required and other requirements with relevant authorities  Make Social insurance report and claims for social insurance benefits foremployees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and follow up payment for employees  Handle legal documentation and correspondence related to HR compliance  Manage office procurement, office lease, office arrangement, office tools &equipment.  Handle administrative issues related to Visa, work permit, temporary resident card and and exit visas for expatriates  Manage admin team and make sure to keep the business run well  Responsible for common utilities in Vietnam office  Work with contractor on office layout, on prices, material, furniture, internet systems,getting approval budget and following project  Contact with health insurance premium vendor, internet and telephone provider,cleanservices providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc ...taking quotation, comparison and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company  Any other job-related duties as assigned by the Managing Director
