- Lead end-to-end procurement across construction, fit-out, and FFE & OS&E, ensuring alignment with project concept, budget, and timelines - Manage full tendering lifecycle (BOQ review, RFQ/RFP, evaluation, negotiation, contract award), optimizing cost, quality and delivery. - Oversee contractor and supplier performance, including progress tracking, delivery schedules, and variation/change order management - Develop and manage key categories (construction, interior, housekeeping, engineering), ensuring compliance with specifications and brand standards - Establish and optimize procurement systems & workflows (PR → Payment), including master data and governance framework - Drive procurement strategy, cost control, and supplier performance to improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Simultaneously, assess and sign contracts with strategic suppliers. - Collaborate with Project, Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational readiness - Build and lead procurement team, driving capability development and a high-performance, data-driven culture.
