* 4/2013 - 2/2020: Sales Team Leader at Exo Travel Vietnam • Receive and reply to emails from agents existing resources available to answer any questions of the foreign buyers. • Design programs which are touched their needs, quote prices, combine tours of other countries and send proposal to agents. • Revise, follow and convince customers until they agree to buy tours. • Send confirmations, invoices, and ask them more necessary information to prepare internal operation (to book hotel, train, car, work visa ...) within a few months before the travel date of guests. • Ask and follow up the payment until we receive it. • According to customer travel in Vietnam or other countries of Exo group, we should meet their demand, have a customer care call. • Solve problems in a flexible manner and thoroughly, report to agents the situation on time for the important thing or if it’s not necessary, we can make statements after finishing all.
