Main task: ▪ Checking MEPF design ▪ Re-adjust HVAC design and installation ▪ Checking and rectification MEP shop-drawings for better, convenient operation ▪ Control materials qualification ▪ Working with consultant unit for the best inspection work ▪ Ensure that works follow standard and specification ▪ Management schedule, safety working. Achievements: ▪ Rectification for FCU noise level target; ▪ Request under-ceiling return air for corridor FCU instead of above ceiling circulation, for efficiently cooling operation ▪ Carefully installation measures control, especially Chiller steel pipes, equipment installation (cooling tower, fans...) ▪ Finding the way to install sub-pipe using for pulling septic tank suction pipe periodically when operation; ▪ Recommend not to install FCU for RMU & Transformer room ▪ Working on energy solution for saving about 600 million vnđ per year; ▪ Researching all SDW for any issues to rectification: BMS, plumbing, HVAC, EV, ELV, FA&PA system
