My leadership philosophy has been shaped by a career built from the ground up. Starting as a Public Area Attendant and growing through successive leadership roles in luxury hospitality has taught me that genuine leadership is earned through dedication, continuous learning, and a deep understanding of hotel operations. Being part of the pre-opening team at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa – MGallery by Accor provided an invaluable opportunity to learn directly from experienced leaders, establish strong operational foundations, and understand that every detail contributes to the overall guest experience. As my career progressed into Housekeeping Management, General Management, and Assistant to the Owner, I gained a broader perspective of hotel operations and learned that sustainable success comes from aligning people, processes, and service standards toward a common goal. These experiences strengthened my ability to think beyond departmental boundaries while remaining deeply committed to operational excellence. I believe that the role of Housekeeping extends far beyond maintaining clean guestrooms. It is about creating environments where guests feel genuinely cared for, where teams are proud of their work, and where operational discipline supports exceptional hospitality. My leadership approach is centered on leading by example, developing people, establishing clear standards, encouraging accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I measure success not only by operational results, but by the strength of the team I build, the standards we consistently uphold, and the positive experiences we create together.
