Accounting & Reporting: Oversaw month-end close, statutory reporting and audit coordination across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements for Board and investor reporting. Built financial models and led due diligence (tax, operations, commercial) for a SGD 50M+ fundraising round, developing financial strategy aligned with Board priorities, including a 5-year model for strategic planning & capital allocation. FP&A & Dashboards: Built regional FP&A infrastructure, cash-flow and performance dashboards to improve financial predictability. Working Capital: Implemented structured Credit and Accounts Receivable (AR) policies, accelerating collections to maximize cash flow.
