With over 5 years of experience in Front Office operations, guest relations, reservations, and supporting multiple departments across hotel operations, I have had the opportunity to work closely with international guests and have developed a genuine passion for creating thoughtful and memorable guest experiences. My experience also includes inbound tourism in Northern Vietnam, tour planning, and coordinating with travel agencies. These experiences have given me a good understanding of Hanoi as a destination, as well as the different needs and expectations of international travellers. I believe that this combination of tourism knowledge and Front Office experience would allow me to contribute positively to Hotel’s guest experience and daily operations.
