 Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for hotel operations, ensuring alignment with ownership objectives and brand standards.  Lead the executive management team and conduct regular meetings with Heads of Department to review performance, coordinate operations, and drive business strategies.  Oversee Sales and Marketing strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.  Develop and approve pricing strategies for all hotel products and services.  Review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure strong financial control and sustainable growth.  Ensure full compliance with service standards, operating procedures, and safety, security, and hygiene regulations.  Direct the implementation of hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance programs.  Oversee asset management, maintenance, and capital planning to protect and enhance hotel facilities.  Lead talent management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.  Report directly to the Owner and provide comprehensive operational and financial reports.
