 Overall Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of golf course operations, layout, and administrative functions to ensure premium service quality and operational discipline.  Product Development & Marketing: Successfully developed and aggressively promoted specialized "Stay & Play" golf packages and long-term occupancy golf combo products ("Noblesse Silver") targeting retirees from South Korea, North America (USA, Canada), Australia, and Singapore.  Agronomy & Landscape Improvement: Directed Golf Course Maintenance (GCM) initiatives, significantly enhancing and upgrading the course's landscaping and aesthetic appeal compared to previous standards.  Course Structural Modification: Spearheading the strategic transition of the course layout from a Par 71 to a Par 72, which includes transforming the 5th hole from a Par 4 to a Par 5.  Restructuring & Cost Reduction: Executed a comprehensive organizational restructuring, optimizing the workforce by downsizing managers and staff to achieve significant cost reductions.  Operational Discipline & Compliance: Implemented stricter working regulations and codes of conduct to eliminate workplace irregularities, misconduct, and corruptions.
