Lead in all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment 3. Deliver achievable hotel budgets, and set other short- and long- term strategic goals for the property 4. Provide effective leadership to hotel General Managers 5. Lead in all aspects of business planning 6. Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered 7. Manage internal audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved * MAKAREM HOTELS - Makkah – Saudi Arabia 11/2015 to 05/ 2017 Cluster General Manager http://www.makarem.sa/en/hotels In Charge of 4 hotels in different location in Makkah, totaling 1,100 rooms from 4* to 5* - Reorganize all teams for more efficiency and inter hotel collaboration - Opened new F&B outlets as per geographical situation of each hotel. - Started and finalized the rebranding of 3 of our hotels - Build up appropriate new budget for 2017, for each hotel, based on new business direction as per actual worldwide situation - Introduced new properties to Owners to develop Makarem Brand in the region and internationally
