I commenced working in the Spa industry in March 2009 and have worked my way up from therapist to Spa Manager since that time. I have undertaken a variety of industry-related professional development training courses which have equipped me with the skills to effectively manage and promote a quality Spa. I believe in on going learning and improvement and am happy to undertake further courses if required.
