I used to work for an international consultancy and construction company. I have worked on the Deutsches Haus Project since 2014, from Pre-construction stage up to Fit-out stage. In my role as Project Secretary and Document Controller, I am responsible for providing full secretarial and administrative support for the whole team, dealing with routine correspondence, and ensuring all office functions run smoothly. I am also responsible for controlling documents including drawings of the project at construction site and on the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), I serve as the liaison and training for all consultants and contractors to ensure that all project documents are properly published and archived on the server follow project protocol. After working in construction for a few years where I learnt a lot about management and administration. I found out that I have strong passion for hospitality where I can interactive with people, and be happy by making people happy. Thus, I have moved to Danang to work for Almanity Hoi An Wellness Resort and then American Chiropractic Clinic. Three years working in Danang provided me a lot of experiences and fabulous memories with great people but Covid has given me opportunities to spent sometimes with my family in Dalat and also challenged myself as a young entrepreneur back home. However, I see myself could grow and develop better in the central coast of Vietnam than my hometown, so I'm ready to coming back. I'm smart, well-organized, self-motivated, independent, hardworking and creative. I shine under pressure, consistently applying exceptional communication and coordination skills to the task at hand.
