After graduation in 2010, I had worked in Mercure Hanoi La Gare Hotel for four years as a Front Office Supervior cum Le Club Ambassador. During the time working here, I was considered as a valuable member of the Front Office Department because of my ability to handle stressful situations. . Moreover, I have already passed many relevant training courses and have received certifications from these courses which include Le Club Loyalty Program Training, Orientation Training, TSA Up-sell Training and Customer Care and Service Skills Training Course. From March 2014 to Dec 2015, I worked in Vinhomes - A real estate management company belongs to Vingroup as a Front Office Manager. From Jan 2016 to Mar 2017, I worked in Sunway Hotel as Duty Manager. From Mar 2017 to recent, I am presently working in Flamingo Dai Lai Resort - Vinh Phuc Province as Assistant Front Office Manager.
