- To monitor and manage the performance and capacity of IT System - To diagnose and troubleshoot PC problems - To support end-users (Over 60 PC clients running Windows XP, Win7, Win10.) in Resolving matters relating to IT such as Network, Email, Security and Application System - To introduce and train users on IT Applications and Company IT’s Policies - To cooperate with other Departments for smooth running of the IT System in the Company - Maintaining/Controlling telephone system PABX KX-TDA 200 system - Maintaining/Controlling Cisco Switch at company - Administering Windows 2008 R2, Domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, etc... - Maintaining/Controlling timekeeper machine (barcode, card, Finger Scanner ) - Maintaining/Controlling Camera System - Maintaining/Controlling some computer running specialized software ( weighing stations, CNC, Plasma .. ) - Maintaining/Controlling of internet access/usage for corporate users from switch. - Router Cisco 2800 - Firewall Cisco ASA 5510 - Some Switch 2960.
