- Chief meeting with Board of Director every morning - Morning meeting with all HK’s staff - Control all consumtion of chemical, Amenities - Attend all training course for staff - Checked all the room status and all the equitment in good condition for long tenant stay checking in. - Take care inventory list for tenant check in and check out - Keep the relationship between HK and the other team to make sure all the job has been done - Prepare all paper and document for Housekeeping team - To interview new staff, including trainee casual staff - Special care and guidance to new staff - Follow up with pestcontrol - Coordinates with chief Reception, MT, Sales, Admin, Perchasing incase the tenant request and complains. - Keep the items when tenant forgot (Lost and Foud) - Set up policy for Housekeeping - Make scheldule for HK’s work - Control laudry service: Submit the laudry list to Finance at the end of every month. - Keep relationship with outside contracter ( Laundry company) - Cotrol all the line, towel to make sure enough to support for Housekeeping - Train the staff for multi job: Room attendent; Public attendent; Decorate and support Summer party, full moon party; Chrismas party with lucky drawer; flowers arrangement; pruning fresh fruit. - Control all items in HK’s store - Running Housekeeping operationg from the opening until now.
