Working under high pressure with care and detail but always getting things done quickly and precisely is the first strength of mine. I've spent most of my time on dealing with many kinds of customers, monitoring issues and solving problems because my work experiences are focused on hospitality field and customer service. Moreover, I know how to motivate my staffs when their moods going down, support them and keep everything under control.
