Familiar with all the system in the entire Genting that lead our work much more easier and can shorten up the time to complete . • Doing duty roster. • Check on the cost capture for PMS raise or job to be done. • Monitoring status of understanding of HACCP, ISO and OSHA. • Experience in preparation of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and function orders) and miserable En place for MAA, ING, prudential, Namlife etc. • Daily buffet from average of few hundred pax to 2000pax. • Familiar with Chinese cuisine & Malaysian Chinese preparation of various sauces.
