Mô tả công việc

To arrive on duty punctual in a clean, sober and smart appearance.

Set table according to standard set up.

Takes food or drink order from Captain and places the order with Kitchen or Bar.

Serves ordered items to guest in proper sequence and timing.

Serves water, bread, butter and replenish ashtrays.

Removes empty plates from table.

Keep working area and stations clean at all times, refills condiment containers.

Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Outlet Manager or Captain.

Sets up table and prepares station before each meal period.(Replenishment of equipment chinaware, glassware, silverware)

Picks up and serves food and drinks

Assists Captain in taking orders.

Refills water, coffee.

Clears empty plates from table.

Cleans out ashtrays.

Resets tables.

Always on alert to serves guests needs.

Folds napkins, polishes silver, glassware and chinaware.

Yêu cầu công việc

Dynamic, motivated, good attitude, good communication skills and customer service mindset. Candidate should hold a high school or intermediate degree with good English communication skills. Candidates with hotel/restaurant experiences or students from hospitality schools are preferred
