• To execute all mise-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed on time, according to the predetermined standards • To engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence • To have thorough knowledge of the drink list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries • To ensure that guest expectation are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service • Liaises with stewarding and housekeeping in operational matters to ensure the operation run smoothly • Maximizes revenue in the outlet by implementing up-selling procedures • Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed

Yêu cầu công việc

• A minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender within an upscale brand or 5 star hotels • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent • Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts principally with colleagues and occasionally with guests • Ability to work under pressure • Highly customer oriented and result driven • Strong sense of commitment and of unquestionable integrity • Thorough understanding of business • Good English language skills
