Mô tả công việc

• Assist management our restaurants and our team along with Director of F&B manager, Assistant F&B 
• Ensure smooth and efficient operationg of the Food & Beverage at any time  
• Ensure proper set up as well as working station organization 
• Ensure excellent communication between kitchen team and service team 
• Know and ensure full follow up on the MGallery Brand Standards. 
• Follow up that all given training are fully followed by the staff  
• Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality  
• Follow hygiene and safety rules in the entire process of the drinks preparation  
• Other tasks as assigned by managers.

• At least 1 year experience at the same position 
• Excellent communication in English 
• Good problem handling and leadership skills.
