Job’s duties:
German/English/French native Intern
German/English/French (M/F)
QUALITY FOLLOW UP
- Ensure a good quality follow up: clients’ call, suppliers meeting, products evaluation
- Keep the feedback databases up to date and prepare the monthly report
- Work closely with operation team to know perfectly how to deal issues on spot
- Take correctives actions on short and long term
- Find solutions to avoid troubles’ renewal
- Join the monthly Skype Quality meetings with other destinations

OPERATION
- Participate in preparing the guide evaluation and annual guide training for both offices in Cambodia (Siem Reap + Phnom Penh)
- Improve existing guide material for Cambodia Destination (Guide contract; guide report; guide training)
- Screen clients profiles, needs and expectations
- Collect feedback from Clients & Guides
- Suggest action & plan to improve quality of products and services
- Suggest improvement for our Guide Loyalty Program
- Follow safety norm on activities and transport
- Develop processes to improve and support Operation work in partnership with Operation Manager

PRODUCTION
- Assist Production Team in developing the "Homestay Project": collect relevant info, find new homestays in Cambodia in order to offer more homestay options

Note: The exact content of the internship may vary depending of the needs of the Production & Quality team at this period, the skills of the Intern and the season.

Type of working contract: at least 6 months Internship or longer - start January 2017 (as soon as possible)
Compensation: Company provides 300$/month + visa + lunch provided. The trainee will have to pay for his/her own flight tickets and expenses on spot.

Job Requirements:
- Student of tourism management or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You speak English and German or French fluently
- You are naturally curious, take your tasks seriously and can work independently and in a team at the same time.
