Mô tả công việc

- Manage service, marine and kitchen team and work closely with head departments

- Manage day to day operation and special events (banquet) within budget and timeline

- Complaint management

- Establish training plans & implementation, appraising personnel

- Establish cleaning routines & implementation

- Monthly reporting

- Inventory management

- Ensure smooth operation and standard of dinner cruise

Your performance appraisal and KPI’s include but are not limited to - Cruise quality, uniformity, timely and consistency in product - Food & Beverage loss and breakage - Overall ambience & cleanness - Staff appearance, performance and quality of service - Guest satisfaction - Target sales for beverage and shop items on board

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years of experience in the field of European restaurants / hotel;

- At least 02 years in the same position;

- 5 Star service standard knowledge - The ability to test and control the quality of dishes & drinks

- Excellent English communication skills, humble, honest and hands on attitude

- Planning and implementation skills;

- Problem-solving skills

- Knowing use office computer

- Working place: No. 5 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh city.

Bonsai Cruise set up on March 4, 2016. Main scope is restaurant on Saigon River. The employees is 70 people. Our company is located An Phu, District 2. We are on the way to build the boat for our business. The boat will carry 200 clients/night.
