Mô tả công việc

1. Maintain and develop government/authority relations;

2. Prepare monthly reports for authority inspections and other tasks related to corporate affairs;

3. Assist in preparing and submitting licenses/ certificates and other legal documents;

4. Assisting in corporate/hotel’s events

5. Assisting in governmental visiting, authorities’ inspection

6. Vietnamese - English translation (contracts, official correspondence and other documents)

7. Assisting CA Director with tasks as and when required

8. Document archives

• Good in English Skills• Previous experience in business law and legal consultancy

• Previous administrative experience in hospitality

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute tasks effectively

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong customer orientation and a results-driven mindset
