- Leading as an example in terms of appearance,
attitude, equity & professionalism. The main role is to ensure the proper
work of the operations.
- Maintain constant check of
service standards to assure the consistency and efficiency of hotel’s service,
quality, policies and practices.
- Responsible for
a detailed hand over by going through the activities of the night, the
problems, the follow up, and the pending matters.
- Contacts with all front of the house as well as
F&B department to report any guest comments, or complaints and to ensure a
good co-ordination and efficient communication on both verbal and written
frequent contact with guests and VIPs and deal efficiently regarding special
requests, reservations and strives for the satisfactory and speedy adjustments
of guest requests.
- Other duties as assigned by Managers
