Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, pricing, and tariff updates with hotels, golf courses, restaurants and other ground-service suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of supplier information, rates, and availability in the company database.
• Arrange and confirm bookings for hotels, guides, golf courses, restaurants and other ground arrangements.
• Conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure all services are confirmed and delivered according to plan.
• Resolve operational issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor booking operations to identify and address potential issues, ensuring clients have a smooth and memorable holiday experience.
• Participate in coordination activities with travel agents, hotels, and other suppliers.
• Prepare budgets, cash advances for guides, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure supplier payments are accurate and processed on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fresh graduates from relevant universities are welcome to apply. However, at least one year of experience working for an inbound travel agency or in golf and hotel reservations is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Honest, patient, detail-oriented, flexible, and sociable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passionate about tourism and interested in pursuing a career as a Tour Operator.
