Mô tả công việc

- Manage contract/ price and Tariff updates from hotels, restaurants, transportations and all the ground service suppliers. 
- Update them to the company's database.
- In charge of ticketing, including Airtickets, train tickets, show tickets and all kind of pre-arrange entrance tickets/passes.
- Reserve and book hotels, transportations, tour guides and all the ground services.
- Pre-checking services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival;
- Dealing with troubles which may happen on tour implementing;
- Co-operating with Accounting Department in payment to suppliers to make sure all the payments are made correctly and timely.
- Observe the running of bookings to notice and solve the problems timely, making sure our clients have a fantastic holidays.
- Take part in co-ordination programs with agents, hotels and other suppliers.
- Budget tour funds for tour guides. Preparing the documents before and after tours

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good reading and writing skill in English
- Proficiency in MS WORD, MS EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT and other MS OFFICE applications.
- Being Honest, Patient, Careful, Flexible and Sociable is required.
- Possess a great passion to Tourism in general, and to the job as a Tour Operator.
