Mô tả công việc

Multi-task associate able to assist any other finance team member in his/her daily job, whenever it is necessary due to additional work load (month-end closing, internal audit period, etc…) or replacement (annual leaves, maternity leaves, sick leaves).
Assist the G/L Account and Asst. Chief Account in General Ledger entries including, but not limited to, bank, accruals, prepaid, revenue transactions.
Collect all LPOs/delivery notes and verify arithmetic consistency vs. invoices charges
Ensure systematic formal approval of invoices and related supporting documents from HODs and Management
