Mô tả công việc
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverage
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments

Yêu cầu công việc
- Relevant experience or qualifications are an advantage
- Age between 18 and 40
- Basic English communication skills
- Good health and clean background
- Energetic and sociable
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and a good team player
- Willing to work in shifts
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays
