- Welcome guests and consult spa services/ Đón tiếp và tư vấn dịch vụ cho khách đến spa
- Handle bookings and arrange therapists/ Nhận đặt lịch, sắp xếp kỹ thuật viên
- Assist with payments and manage customer information/ Hỗ trợ thanh toán, quản lý thông tin khách hàng
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality/ Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo dịch vụ chất lượng
