This position in charge of all recruitment for Hoiana that included but not limit for local positions, from supervisor to entry level vacancies. This position is a key assistance to Human Resources Supervisor in leading and developing the employment brand and recruitment, database and in meeting all the tasks/target of recruitment and selection in daily/monthly activities on time.
All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Hoiana Management property.
Responsibilities and Accountability:
- Coordinate and follow up on internal and external recruitment, sourcing, and placement activities across Hoiana.
• Prepare, administer, and monitor recruitment-related documentation and administrative processes, including casual labor hiring activities.
• Coordinate and administer Internship and Trainee programs across Hoiana, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with operational requirements.
• Assist in developing and enhancing recruitment and placement policies, systems, procedures, sourcing strategies, and selection methodologies.
• Work closely with departments and hiring managers to coordinate and facilitate recruitment processes in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct interviews for local positions ranging from entry-level to supervisory level roles.
• Support the Supervisor in workforce planning activities by monitoring labor market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and employee benefits competitiveness.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and overall employment practices.
• Coordinate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, sourcing partners, and external talent providers.
• Act as a liaison between Hoiana and external communities, educational institutions, and local organizations to strengthen employer branding and workforce attraction initiatives.
• Coordinate and support onboarding activities, orientation programs, and related HR operational processes.
• Ensure recruitment and administrative activities are carried out accurately, professionally, and in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and related HR documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment coordination and administration.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR practices is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with HRIS System, Excel strong proficiency are preferred.
