- Manage at Service functions and associates on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility are including AYS Operator stations and AYS Runner functions.
- Direct and work with supervisor and associates to successfully execution of all operations.
- Strive to continually improve of guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the level of customer service.
- Ensure that employees providing professional and courteous service, handling guests inquiries efficiently, reporting guest problems/ complaints, recording/ forwarding feedback for follow up and maintaining positive spirit when interacting with guests and associates.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- At least 2 years of related work experiences.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experiences
- Advanced computing skill and strong problem-solving skill.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, disciplined work habits and effective multitasking.
