KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for overall Control room operations, command and control with all activities related to security systems and technologies. Providing reviews and audits to support the operations in all areas of Security, Safety and Corporate Compliance. In assistance of Control Room Manager for the multiple control rooms assigned at the Hoiana Resort.

• Responsible for readiness, operational effectiveness and overall performance of assigned Security Control Room and Equipment.

• Maintain a high-level situational awareness during all incidents and emergencies to ensure timely and appropriate management and resolution to the event.

• Coordinate activities with appropriate authorities and personnel.

• Provide quality assurance and quality control oversight to control room operation.

• Ensuring all activities are align with company and departmental policies and procedures.

Provide operational support as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or above.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Control Room Manager or equivalent position in hospitality industry.

• Advanced knowledge of Security Operations, Policies and Procedures and Security Systems and technologies.

• Must have integrity and professionalism

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system
