Spa Manager

• Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards

• Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards

• Managing spa team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development

• Assist HR in recruiting, managing, training and development of the team

• Monitor and control budgets and expenditure within the spa, assisting finance admin with the accurate and timely financial accounting

• Manager annual budget and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets as well as net movement

• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and program improvement

• Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis

• Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members

• Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved

• Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

• Strong working knowledge of Spa, Membership and recreational software

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree / Diploma in hotel/hospitality management

• Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or a well established SPA brand
