Give direction and be responsible for the effective implementation of plans, including setting targets, planning and scheduling work and performance indicators that are typical productivity and efficiency measures
Manage the daily activities and control and supervise the performance of the Spa and Recreation staff. Supervisor duties include hiring, scheduling, coaching and counseling and training.
Deal with the Director of Sales to promote Spa growth and profitability. Responsible for the achievement of financial and departmental goals.
Manage the Spa budget and monitor expenditures. Provide accurate budget forecasts to GM
Look for potential business and programs to increase Spa’s financial performance.
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management of Spa.

Yêu cầu công việc
Management or related course.
At least 4 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in international Hotel Chains.
Excellent leadership skills; Proactive. Good health condition.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
